1:1 coaching involves individualised, structured programming tailored for YOU to achieve results.
Weekly programming allows for adjustments based on progress, feedback, and changing needs, making it more adaptable and flexible than a fixed plan
Doing group classes or an online template is great, but you will never get the individualised approach and results that 1:1 coaching gives you.

My coaching methods involve developing an individualised program for you via google sheets, where you can access this program in the gym on your phone.
Alongside your program, we check in via Whatsapp with training videos & feedback. Including reflection forms and access to LJ Performance Methods community group with likeminded athletes who are also pushing towards their performance goals.

All 1:1 coaching memberships involve a minimum term of 8 weeks.

Injuries are part of sport and cannot be predicted!
In the unfortunate event of an injury, I will collaborate with your health professional and tailor your programming to ensure continued progress around what is possible for you within your training capacities.
