QUESTIONS

  • 1:1 coaching involves individualised, structured programming suited for YOU to achieve results.

    Doing group classes or an online template is great, but you will never get the individualised approach and results that 1:1 coaching gives you.

  • My coaching methods involve developing an individualised program for you via google sheets, where you can access this program in the gym on your phone.

    Alongside your program, we check in via Whatsapp with training videos & feedback. Including reflection forms and access to LJ Performance Methods community group with likeminded athletes who are also pushing towards their performance goals.

  • All 1:1 coaching memberships involve a minimum term of 8 weeks.

  • Injuries are part of sport and cannot be predicted!

    In the unfortunate event of an injury, I will collaborate with your health professional and tailor your programming to ensure continued progress around what is possible for you within your training capacities.

  • In my opinion it is BETTER.

    Communication is clearer and more efficient with online coaching.

    We get to the point of how we need to get you results, rather than just saying “good job” and loading your plates... this is about making sustainable change and results to your performance.

    You build true internal confidence from achieving goals, not just me motivating you for an hr once a week face to face.
