Improve your running speed through plyometric programming tailored to you, to reduce your ground contact time and improve your tendon capacity

When you think mobility you probably think stretching right…
Nope. Mobility that will transfer to improve your athleticism and performance must be under load. You need to build strength through large ranges of motion to feel strong and mobile at the same time.
power
Moving heavy weight but slow, will not transfer into athleticism and power. You must be moving heavy with speed to develop power.
aerobic fitness
Programming for aerobic fitness will be tailored to your fitness level and goals. This may look like Hyrox style running intervals / tempo runs, MAS conditioning for sport performance or hybrid style workouts & aerobic finishers.

Online coaching in the Athletic Blueprint involves developing an individualised program for you via google sheets, where you can access this program in the gym on your phone.
Alongside your program, we check in via Whatsapp weekly with training videos & feedback. We monitor training plans, results & goals in 3x coaching calls throughout the 10 weeks.

We actually work WITH your current program not against it.
I analyse individual athletic qualities that are important for you to improve on and add in additional training and extras to compliment your main program. We also work on the athlete behind the program, to build resilience and confidence so you stand out and can 100% back yourself.

The minimum term contract is 10 weeks and due to the nature of the program, unless for exceptional circumstances there are strictly no refunds.
